maybe sleep not so much yesterday..

why im unhappy?
im unhappy bcoz i cant did the best that you all asked me to do..

omg.. the egg.. with the something cucumber that i afraid of it..

压力是从哪里来？？

我想大家都知道，每个人都很不喜欢压力，包括我自己。
根据网上的报导，壓力Stress可以是泛指任何造成生理或心理不正常的干擾。但通常是指精神壓力。
為什麼會有壓力？
原因很多，時常是混合多個因素的。
可以是外界或自已對自已要求實際上太高，或感覺上自已的能力不夠，或只是不明朗因素。
整個社會的要求(social pressure)都很高，對一些人來說是實在太高了，即使努力也未必人人可以應付。另外，社會對錢的價值觀、成功的標準、人生的目標....全部都有問題！
压力从哪里开始呢？
入學開始，壓力便無處不在：功課、考試、工作、家庭....。

为什么我会想要写关于‘压力’呢？？
因为我亲眼的看到我身边的朋友，同事，老师，家人所面对的压力，包括我自己的。
别说一个小孩子没有压力！！其实他们面对的压力和我们是有点不同..
他们必须面对学校的老师所交代的功课，现在的小学生所面对的科目越来越多了，
他们的书包一年比一年庞大，他们书包里的课本都很厚，我也不晓得现在的小孩的童年只有课本和补习吗..
还要面对父母亲和别人的孩子或是表兄弟来做比较..我也不明白为什么父母亲很喜欢拿别人的孩子跟自己的孩子比较谁的成绩比较好..
真可怜..

在我的公司里，我也看到我每一位同事都皱起眉头地工作...
由于我是一个没有工作经验的人，一进这间公司什么都不会，我需要靠我的同事一步一步的教我..
过了几个月，突然间我的上司告诉我有一个女生要辞职，要我继续她的工作，但我之前根本没有工作经验，
所以学起来比其他人格外的辛苦..这个女生只用了两个星期的时间教我..但是这两个星期不能让我学到她现在所做的工作..
所以她离开后，就由一位曾经做过这份工作的人教我...
我的压力一天比一天大，因为如果她真的走了，我不知道我必须依赖谁..幸好有一位同事可以教我..
但是这位同事的精神让我钦佩，我可以知道他每一天都很多工作要做，面对的压力也比我很多很多..
所以我非常地珍惜每次我问他的时间..
有时我突然间想问他问题时我就冲上去找他，就算他正在忙着，他也会放下他的工作来教我..
我的工作一切都需要他的检查..但是他跟本没有多的时间来教我..他真的让我很佩服他...
有一天他和他的同事去泰国开会，所以我也没有机会问他直到他回来..
他们从泰国回来后，有一次我想问他我不会的问题时，他总是来匆匆，去匆匆...
只到他停下脚步，我就赶快问他我所面对和不会的问题..他还是很乐意的教我..
所以我想你们应该了解为什么我这么珍惜我有机会问他的时间..
昨天看到他走下楼拿着稿和文件赶快的做完..
他看到了我便问：Melody,did u posted ur invoice already???
我回答他我只做了一月份，因为同时我还必须做我原本的工作，我以为他会骂我一顿，想不到他说：good,do it continue.. :)
我想：他还能笑..我太佩服他了..但是我发现到他变瞧粹了，黑眼圈大大的，他又很瘦，看起来又睡眠不足..同时他让我感到心酸..
我感觉到..我的亲人老了..但我希望他看到我写这份部落格的时候，我想告诉他：别骂我说你老啊..哈哈哈！！
老实说，'Jerry, thanks for teaching me so much =)' 这句虽然我没有说出口，但每次我没有机会和他说话时，我会写下我做完的工作和留下这个字条给他..
我也要感谢我公司教我的每一位同事，他们所面对的压力比我很多很多..
在我生命力又多了很多朋友..
今晚我就要和他们去唱K了，我绝对会珍惜我和他们的时光... 谢谢！！！

爱的感觉，总是在一开始觉得很甜蜜，
