The connection between you and me

Share an interesting read from a friend of mine:
U feel this way dont u?
"I have the same fear, that if I'm not the caller, the texter, the writer, the voicemail-leaver, the Facebooker, the blogger, there would be silence.
I worry that friends don't think I'm worth the effort. Even the connections I feel when writing here are something I need -- to feel that there are people out there that know that I'm here. Alone. Hoping that they are out there. That's why I do all of those things -- to feel connected. Because I'm always afraid that those real-world connections are too fragile. That if I stopped to take a breath, I would see that they are all much more transient than I can stand to think about."

Feedback:

Hmm... an interesting read indeed. Your friend speaks what I believe the majority of what people are quietly keeping to themselves with and they do it all but for one purpose only... that is the longingness for acceptance. Just to share a bit, a very good friend of mine once told me a long time ago that no matter where we go or end up with, no matter who we rub our shoulders or shake our hands with, we can never truly be able to please everybody even if it's our best intentions or capabilities to do so for them. We can never truly be people-pleasers because we know deep down that these "people" will never show us the same response we hope would reciprocate to our own expectations of them. Thus, this is where disappointment, denial and heck, even fear of rejection comes from. The need to get the approval from people, the sense of belongingness, the hopefulness of getting a thumbs-up from your significant others to say that you did a good job, have out-prioritized so much that we lost sight on the important things that truly matter in life. We get so engrossed trying to tighten knots around people whom we think are important and would bring change, that we think the moment we stop to take a breather as your friend had said, everything would just stop... making your efforts seem pitiful and a waste. That is why, we never stop doing the things your friend had mentioned. Don't get me wrong though, am not saying (s)he is wrong, am not saying anybody is wrong... all in all, it comes to your perception of how you view life to be and how you wanna lead in it. If we can learn to accept that we cannot truly please everybody and should just focus inward and focus on your own happiness; satisfying yourself, I think it is only then we will stop thinking about such things and can truly feel at ease. Of course, am not saying you should abandon everything, haha heck no. But so long as one remembers that out of the things that you do; whether it be by yourself or with people, your happiness and self take first priority... everything else follows after. In my opinion, it is only then shall you find the rest you need without fear of having such thoughts ever again

2015- What to Expect on the Malaysian Economic Impact?

GST is coming on 1st April 2015, I believe it could bring a big impact to us.
I got this from a friend of mine in Facebook,
it is worth for sharing here.

2015 - What to Expect on the Msian Economic Impact

2015 will see US Federal Reserve unwind its huge USD3 trillion financial stimulus and start to hike interest rates, first time in eight years.

2015 will see the Bank Of Japan and European Central Bank to start pumping in USD1 trillion yen and Euro 1 trillion to boost their flagging economies.

2015 will see Malaysia chairing ASEAN and the launch of Asean Economic Community and ASEAN stock exchange by October 2015.

2015 will see the start of a mega bank merger in Malaysia. Expect the biggest Malaysian Bank to be born with more than RM100 billion market cap.

2015 will see Malaysia finally implement the Goods Services Tax at 6% and with a weak economic backdrop, the GST will cause price increases which will act as a double edged sword to the economy as it hits the middle class.

2015 will see more than 10 mega IPOs in Bursa Malaysia which includes 1MDB, Malakoff, Weststar, Iskandar Waterfront, Al Medini, Khazanah Theme Park, Ekuinas Ilmu, Sunway Construction, Sime Auto and Ecoworld International.

2015 will be officially Bursa Malaysia's fourth WORST year in history, after 2008, 1997 and 1994. Year to date, Bursa has dipped 226 points or 11.8% ever since it touched the highest level on the 8th July 2014.

2015's hottest economic issues will be the falling ringgit, falling oil prices, rising inflation, rising interest rates, rising household debt, illicit money outflow and New Economic Model of the Malaysian 11th Economic Plan. We may see Ringgit tests new low against SGD and USD.

2015 hottest political issues will be 1MDB Berhad, Anwar Sodomy Verdict, Seditious Act, Hudud Row, Pakatan Solidarity, Felda Group, Malaysia Airlines Berhad and UMNO New Political Model. Expect to see the rise of Malaysian political temperature and more confrontation Malay liberals vs Malay extremes. In 2015, also expect a new president for PAS and UMNO.

2015 will see oil being even cheaper than water. Within five months, oil price has crashed from USD110 to USD55 per barrel. It now costs RM1 to buy a litre of oil, compared
to water which is RM2 a litre. Ironically, RON 95 and Milo Tarik prices have not fallen as much.

2015 will see more currencies volatility. Forex traders are set to return. Top Five worst currencies in 2014 are Russian Rouble, Chilean Peso, Argentina Peso, Colombian Peso and Ukraine Hryvnia which have tumbled more than 20%. Ringgit which is already down 12% is yet to join the fray. Russia has shockingly raised its key interest rate to 17% from 10% after the collapse of the rouble currency.

2015 will see the increase of China's influence in the region. As China pumps trillions into Mekong economies to build their infrastructure, countries such as Malaysia would want to fight for China's affection for more fund allocations.

2015 will see the return of El Nino. Australian Weather Bureau confirmed 70% probabilities of El Nino emerging by February 2015 in the Pacific Ocean.

2015 may see Greece leave European Union if the left radicals, Syriza Party win the Greece general election this month. If this materialize, expect to tear off Euro and serious implications on European economy.

By April when GST has been introduced, expect a real nightmare for Msians.
Keep your every little penny $$ and save.. Don't spend unnecessarily.

Wake up Malaysian!

Resolution of 2015 - from Elite Daily

It's been of ages that I have never touch of my blog!
Cause life is getting simple and nothing excitement for me to write here...
Alright.
Back to the topic, it's 2 days left to 2015, a brand new year!
All this while I have realised that I did many things that considered failure in my life.

and I read this article and I found out that it is so true to me cause it used to be one of my weaknesses in my life!
So I would like to share this here to everyone of you, hope everyone of us here can remind ourselves to stop doing this in every year, in my life and be a better person.

Let's improve together!

This year, make a resolution you can keep. Stop doing things that are no longer in your best interest. Here are 15 things you must STOP doing in 2015 to truly move forward and live this year to the fullest:

1. Stop showing and telling everything to everyone.

The world does not need to know your every move; leave some things to the imagination. Mystery is good.

2. Stop comparing yourself to others.

What you see is NOT what you get, or even what the true reality of a situation is. We all spend way too much of our time comparing our lives to others; yet, we all forget that the pictures we see of others on Instagram and Facebook are simply highlights of their lives.

They aren’t the everyday; they aren’t the struggle; they aren’t the bad hair day. They are the edited, Photoshopped and posed highlight reel of a momentary highlight of someone else’s life.

3. Stop worrying about what others think of you.

People will judge you regardless of what you do, so do what you want. There’s nothing wrong with walking your own journey on a path you create.

You don’t have to do, like or want the things that other people try, love or desire. Start that blog, write that article or wear that outfit about which you’ve been hesitant. In the great words of Kid Cudi, “They gon’ judge me anyway, so whatever.”

4. Stop waiting.

If you don’t take the chance or risk it all now… when will you? Time will always be hard to find. Start now and go after what you want, or wait for later and hope that later isn’t too late.

5. Stop doubting.

If you have an idea or feeling that keeps coming back to you, make it happen. When an idea keeps coming back, it’s for a reason. Take action and follow the ideas that flood your mind. Million-dollar ideas are a dime a dozen, but it’s only one in a million who follow through with their ideas.

6. Stop being a stranger.

We’re all in this together. When you give the world the best you have, the best comes back to you. Be good to people. Popularity fades, kindness does not.

7. Stop feeling sorry for yourself.

You are not a victim; it’s time to get out of your own way. If you find yourself constantly surrounded by drama, you are the one enabling it.

You will never be able to control what others do; however, you are in full control of how you react. Realize that you can overcome hard times. Instead of attending your own pity party, you can accept the fact that only you can change your thoughts and experiences.

You have the power to control your feelings.

8. Stop standing in your own way.

The thoughts in your head about yourself and your situation really do affect your life. Make sure your worst enemy doesn’t reside in-between your own ears.

Follow your intuition and learn that nothing that lasts is started through force. If you have to force it, leave it behind.

9. Stop feeling guilty.

There is a difference between moving on and quitting. Understand that it’s okay to grow out of things. You don’t have to want the same things you wanted when you were 16, 18, 21 or 25…

Life changes, and so do we. Staying where you are and living with guilt or fear is a guaranteed trip to nowhere. You’re allowed to move on and miss it at the same time. Missing something or someone doesn’t make you weak; it makes you real.

10. Stop thinking money creates value.

Don’t overvalue short-term benefits. Higher pay doesn’t equate to a job that will make you feel complete. A significant other with a nice car doesn’t equal a lifetime of happiness.

Choose a job that will give you experience, more opportunities and tons of room for professional and personal growth. Choose a relationship based on someone’s heart, not bank account.

11. Stop feeling obligated.

Don’t make decisions based on what you think you SHOULD do.

Don’t take advice from people who don’t have to live with the result of the decision. Make decisions based on what you WANT to do. It’s your life and you’ll have to live with the choices you make. You don’t need to choose the mediocre when greatness exists.

12. Stop saying “yes” all the time.

No is a complete sentence. You owe no one an explanation for not wanting to go out, not wanting to take a drink, not wanting to stay over, not wanting to go to the reunion.

13. Stop thinking everything is a competition.

The true definition of power is how much you can give back, and not just monetarily. Being powerful is like being classy: If you have to tell people you are, you aren’t.

14. Stop trying to be like everyone else.

Once and for all, own who you are, own where you’ve been, and don’t be afraid to tell your story.

15. Stop thinking you have to get it right on the first try.

No one else has it figured out, either. There is no guidebook or perfect formula, and often, life works much more as a process of elimination to figure out what we want.

We learn more and more about ourselves and the things that truly make us happy every day — and more importantly, the things that don’t. There are moments in life when everything is blurry and moments everything seems to be in focus.

Just like the lens of a camera, you have the power to adjust your vision. And, even on the darkness days, where you can’t see anything, just keep moving forward. It’s the only constant and forever the direction in which we all must go.

Why I am emphasizing on stop saying "yes" all the time? Cause I am a person used to be always try to satisfied people desire then I hurt myself after... Now I started to learn to say no when there is necessary perhaps I will get hurt again...
